Concrete Slabs & Foundations on the South Coast
A slab is the one part of a build you can't fix later, so it has to be right the first time. Price Concreting prepares, forms and pours slabs for new homes, extensions, garages, sheds, granny flats and commercial buildings from Shoalhaven Heads to Batemans Bay, including Nowra, Milton and Ulladulla.

- Site preparation. Excavation, levelling and compacted base.
- Formwork and steel. Formwork, vapour barrier and reinforcement set to your engineer's drawings.
- Inspection. We coordinate the pre-pour inspection where one is required.
- Pour and finish. Pumped or direct pour, finished level and cured properly.
Slab FAQs
Do I need an engineer for a concrete slab?
House, extension and granny flat slabs need engineer-designed plans. Small shed and pad slabs often don't. Check your council approval conditions; we can talk you through it at the quote.
Do you pour garage and shed slabs?
Yes. Garage, carport and shed slabs are priced individually after a free site visit, depending on size, thickness, access and site preparation.
Do you work with builders?
Yes. We pour slabs for local builders and for owner-builders.
How soon can building start on a new slab?
Framing can usually start after approximately 4 days. Concrete keeps gaining strength for around 28 days.
