Concrete Patios & Exposed Aggregate on the South Coast
A good patio turns a backyard into somewhere you actually use. Price Concreting designs and pours patios, alfresco areas, pool surrounds and outdoor entertaining spaces from Shoalhaven Heads to Batemans Bay, including Nowra, Milton, Ulladulla and Mollymook.
Finishes
- Exposed aggregate: natural stones showing at the surface. Best for patios, pool surrounds and high-traffic areas.
- Coloured: solid colour through the concrete. Best for modern homes and matching house colours.
- Stamped / stencilled: stone, brick or slate pattern. Best for feature areas and heritage-style homes.
- Plain / broom: clean, simple and non-slip. Best for side paths and budget patios.
Why exposed aggregate suits coastal homes
Exposed aggregate hides sand, salt marks and wear better than plain concrete. It also has natural grip, which matters around pools and on wet coastal mornings. Sealing it about every 5 years keeps the colour fresh.
Patio FAQs
Is exposed aggregate slippery around a pool?
No. The exposed stones give a textured surface. We can add an anti-slip additive to the sealer for extra grip near water.
How much does an exposed aggregate patio cost?
Price depends on stone choice, size and access. We give a free fixed written quote after a site visit.
Can you match an existing driveway or path?
Usually, yes. Bring a photo or we'll check on site. Colour and stone can vary slightly between batches.
Can you pour a patio before Christmas?
We book up quickly in November and December. Our last pour date for 2026 is 5 December, and we usually book about 4 weeks ahead, so get in touch now.
